i am so happy.
i didn’t lose this much this week but lots of accomplishments.
1. i lost 6 inches overall on my body :)
2. today i decided to test myself. i was doing a fast pace-uphill walk on the treadmill and told myself that in the last five minutes i was going to run, no matter how tired i was. AND I DID IT. i thought i was going to be pooped by 3 minutes in, but no, with the last second i was fine! i knew i could continue. i was SO SO happy. its been such a long time since i’ve been able to run. it felt incredible. i forgot how much i love running. so ive promised myself to run everyday, and start building stamina. :’)
just so happy. rewarding myself with sushi and frozen yogurt… and a run tmrw :)
