LA is my home, but I go to university in the midwest.
is this your first time trying to lose weight?
no. i’ve tried lots of different things since i was 16. I was my lowest weight junior year (around 150) but i’ve gained it all back and more since.
what’s your dieting plan?
right now, i’m on weight watchers. so far I like it. i’m not hungry and it’s easy to stay on track with. i try to eat healthy and have multiple small portions through out the day. AND PLENTY OF WATER.
what’s your exercising plan?
At uni, i do spinning twice a week and go to the gym at least 3 times a week. i try to work out everyday, i usually go on the elliptical and do light weights/ab/squats etc.
why are you losing weight?
for me to feel more comfortable & to be healthier
